Keep the Body Hydrated:
Keeping the body hydrated can keep you away from many harmful effect of summer heat. You need to have a glass of water after particular interval of time though you do not feel the thirst. We usually believe that the cold water can heal our thirst but instead it increases the heat stroke. Avoid the cold water especially when you are outside.

Be Prepared for the Change:
We know that what kind of things make the body heated up and can give you heat stroke? So, the simplest method to examine it and stay away from those harmful things. For example, if you are sitting in the room of AC in it. Keep it off 10 min. Earlier and ten leave the room after 10 mins.
