Water:
No Doubt, water is the prior thing to do. In summer days, you do not need to wait for the thirst. Drink the water throughout to prevent the dehydration. The one best method to know the body is hydrated or not is the colour of urine. If the colour is clearer that means the level is better. You need to drink 8 to 19 glasses of water to improve your hydration level in the body.


Juices:
Juices again the fluids which help in keeping the body hydrated. Avoid Alcohol:
Alcohol Dehydrates the body in summers. So, it is advised to drink one bottle of water after each alcoholic beverage to stay healthy. Like alcohol, the caffeine products also suck the moisture on the body. On hot days, avoid it as much as possible, especially when combined with alcohol.

Fruits and Vegetables:

Spicy Food:
The more we eat the spicy food, the more we have the sweat. This sweat actually cools the body down. Cool body means the water level in the body is balanced. This is good to have spicy food once or twice a week to keep the sweat out and the coolness inside.

Low-Fat Meats:
Fat meat takes time to get digested and also carries the higher salt content. This salt sucks the water from the body. This is why fat meat allows the dehydration. This is advised to eat the low-fat meats to keep the body hydrated and healthy.
