How to keep your kidneys fit and working?

Kidneys are said to be “SilentKillers”. The kidney stones are formed when the salt called oxalate do not get flushed out properly and form solid particle inside the kidneys.The Kidney stones can be controlled even damaged when we notice them in time and seriously. There are many methods to execute the stones like surgeries and even by medicines only depending upon in which part of kidneys stones are formed. Exercise Daily:
