Being Overweight is one of the most irritating things of life. Extra fat in body, you feel sleepy all day and seeing yourself in the mirror, all these make you think ugly and feel bad all day.There are some dangerous risks of being overweight. Here we are sharing those below:

Heart Disease and Stroke:

Extra Weight can be the reason behind the high blood pressure and cholesterol. Both develops heart or stroke diseases. But. Good news is when you loose even a few weights it can get you away from heart diseases.

Diabetes (Type 2)

This type of diabetes is called type 2 diabetes. The reason behind is over weight or obese. So, in this condition, it is advised to lose extra weight ASAP.
