When to not Drink Water to Stay Healthy?

Though water keeps our body hydrated and even it is said to have 8 to 10 glasses of water a day, but still there are some situations in a day we should not drink water. Yes! You red that right. Drinking water more than the requirement can lead to discomfort to body like feeling struggle in digestion of food. So, following are 5 situations discussed below in which we should avoid drinking the fluid:

When you already have Enough Water:

Yes. It is said to have good amount of water in a day but if you are already chugged a bunch and still drinking water, this can make a bad impact on your body. This is because drinking water above the required amount, it can suck the salt in the body and you can have deficiency of sodium level. Moreover, over drinking water can lead to cell swelling, vomiting, seizures and even death.

Keep an eye on urine Colour:

We already know that we should drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. But, how to know that it’s exceeding. Here is the new method. You need to keep an eye on the colour of the urine. If it’s light lemonade shade, then its enough but if darker yellow, it means you need to drink water little more.

When you Eat Big Meal:

It is advised to drink water before taking meal. But, again if u take high amount of water or just small amount of water before taking meal, this can lead to the take less meal. This is because you will have enough fluid in body already. So, do not drink enough water after the meal. This can lead to some discomfort as well.

In-between your workout Routine:

The reason behind is that when we exercise, we lose electrolytes means potassium and sodium. To recover this, you need to drink the drinks which contain these electrolytes. Plain water or other sport drink do not have these things, instead coconut water has. Coconut water has natural potassium, magnesium, sodium and vitamin C in it.

Don’t Drink While Standing Posture of body:
